Custom painting

Thanks to our own powder paint shop, we are able to supply our products in a painted surface finish. Powder coating is one of the best ways to finish metal surfaces. In this way, we paint aluminum profiles for the production of wardrobe doors, aluminum doors, handles, Clever cube or custom-made table bases.

What is the maximum length of your painted profiles?

The maximum length of our painted profiles is 4 meters.

How much does painting cost?

The retail price for RAL painting is 200 CZK without VAT per standard meter of profile. IGP painting costs 500 CZK without VAT per standard meter of profile. The price for painting with non-stock paint is 300 CZK without VAT per standard meter of profile.

What is IGP painting?

IGP coating is a special powder coating from the Swiss manufacturer of IGP powder coatings. It is a deep matt color with excellent flow and good resistance to chemicals and scratches.

What colors do you have in stock?

We have more than 20 shades of RAL and two shades of IGP in stock. You can find a list of powder paints HERE.

Is it possible to paint in RAL colors that you do not have in stock?

We can paint in any matt color according to the RAL swatch.

What is the delivery date of painted products?

We usually deliver painted products within 2 weeks. However, the deadline may be extended depending on the number of orders and the load of the paint shop.
